Pool Rules:

Please dry yourself before entering the resident restroom.

No smoking in pool area. Smoking area near the grill behind the garage.

No gum allowed in or around the pool area.

No extra guests permitted. Only residents and their children are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Swim attire only – Street clothes, cotton, or non-swimwear fabrics are not permitted in the pool.

No running, diving, or horseplay in or around the pool.

No glass containers in the pool area.

Guests with small children, please do not allow to throw rocks in the pool.

There are five available parking spaces in the driveway. An additional 8 parking spaces available in front of the residence. (Decatur)
